Privacy, clearly.
FluidDesign treats personal information with the same care as the work itself: deliberately, minimally and transparently.
Who is responsible
FluidDesign® is the independent studio of Marco Robeerst, based in Trondheim, Norway. FluidDesign is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@fluiddesign.no.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional company name, message and the language of your enquiry. A unique request reference and submission timestamps are stored for delivery, security and duplicate prevention.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the website. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the open contact form.
Why we use it
Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation or FluidDesign’s legitimate interest in operating a secure studio website.
- To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
- To protect the form and website against abuse and duplicate submissions.
- To meet legal or accounting obligations if a working relationship begins.
Services and recipients
The website and private contact records are operated through Base44. Transactional email may be delivered through Resend or Base44’s email infrastructure. Optional Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Limited and loads only after analytics consent. Google Fonts is requested from Google when the site loads.
Providers only receive the information needed to deliver their service. Where information is processed outside the EEA, we require an appropriate transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard from the provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not result in a client relationship are normally deleted no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information connected to an agreement may be kept longer where this is necessary for the work, bookkeeping, legal claims or other statutory obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
Cookies and analytics
Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled unless you actively allow them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
The separate cookie notice explains the current browser storage and technology used by this website.
